Shakespeare on Screen: The Centenary Conference

University of Málaga (Spain), September 22-24,1999

To commemorate the first one hundred years of filmed Shakespeare, the English Department of the University of Málaga (Spain) will be organizing a three-day conference on September 22-24,1999. The conference will deal with all aspects of film and TV Shakespeare. Plenary speakers will include Kenneth S. Rothwell and Anthony Davies. Suggestions for papers, round tables and sessions are welcome. Please send all requests for information and/or one-page abstracts to:
